The digital gift cards we sell are digital products delivered instantly via email. Once you receive the card and the code is revealed, the product is considered used and cannot be returned under normal circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, refund requests cannot be accepted for the following reasons: Change of mind, wrong product selection by mistake, no longer needing the card after purchase.

Contact technical support within 48 hours of receiving the card. Provide order number, email, and detailed description of the problem with any supporting photos or evidence.
Our team will review your request and verify the card and the mentioned problem. We may need additional information from you.
We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days. If your request is accepted, we will inform you of the refund method (refund or card replacement).
The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method used.
