Refund & Exchange Policy

At DoGifter, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand the importance of your complete satisfaction, so we have established this clear refund and exchange policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Nature of Digital Products

The digital gift cards we sell are digital products delivered instantly via email. Once you receive the card and the code is revealed, the product is considered used and cannot be returned under normal circumstances.

⚠️ Important Note

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, refund requests cannot be accepted for the following reasons: Change of mind, wrong product selection by mistake, no longer needing the card after purchase.

Eligible Refund Cases

We accept refund or exchange requests in the following cases only:

  • Card does not work or was rejected by the store/service despite entering data correctly
  • Receiving a damaged, invalid, or expired card
  • Technical error resulting in sending a different card than requested
  • Amount was charged twice by mistake for the same order
  • Card was previously used or does not contain the required balance

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

❌ We do not accept refunds in these cases

  • Change of mind after receiving the card
  • Purchasing a card for the wrong region/country by mistake
  • Using or attempting to use the card
  • Losing the code or sharing it with others
  • Not following correct usage instructions for the card

Refund Request Steps

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Contact Us Immediately

Contact technical support within 48 hours of receiving the card. Provide order number, email, and detailed description of the problem with any supporting photos or evidence.

Request Review

Our team will review your request and verify the card and the mentioned problem. We may need additional information from you.

Decision

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days. If your request is accepted, we will inform you of the refund method (refund or card replacement).

Refund

The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method used.
